building:
Server - check Makefile params, set compiler and flags. After target ALL is fully usable
Client - 
g++ -std=c++23 lin.cpp client.cpp -o client -lncursesw -ltinfo -lpthread -lsodium 

x86_64-w64-mingw32-g++ -std=c++23 win.cpp client.cpp -o clien.exe -static -lsodium -lws2_32 -lwinpthread

You need have libsodium on your Linux system (for client and server). Windows build can use static version.
